Mr. Zhang Anqiang, permanent resident of Hong Kong, China, born in May 1956, bachelor's degree. Currently serves as Chairman of the company, a director of the Road Traffic Safety Association of China, sole proprietor of Doron Technology HK.Company, an Executive Director of Duolun, a representative appointed by the executive partner of Jinlun Investment, a representative appointed by the executive partner of Jialun Investment, and a member of Trustee Board of Nanjing University. Since the establishment of the company in 1995, Mr. Zhang Anqiang has been committed to promoting the digitalization of driver training and testing in China as well as technological innovation and industrial application in the field of smart traffic. He was also one of the main drafters of General Technical Specifications for Driving Test System-Part 4 Road Driving Test System (GA/T1028.4-2012), a public safety industry standard of China.
